If you are not getting the 2 step verification email, here are the steps that you should follow. First, check your Spam folder to see if the message was filtered by your email provider. If you find one there, please mark it as Not Spam in order to prevent the future filtering. Second, add the email address firstname.lastname@example.org to the email Contacts. Third, if you own more than one email, please make sure to check every of them in case the code email went to one of the other email addresses/ fourth, use the feature of the Resend Code or Start Over on 2 Step Verification login screen. If you are still not getting 2 Step code even after following those steps, then you have to contact the customer service. In addition, please remember that 2 Step Verification codes will expire after 15 minuted and will no longer work if the code was already entered incorrectly for that account.
